MCI. B2B with 2022 version. Holding up good. Probably still a bit better than 2022 version. Still noticable chocolate and bourbon notes. Nice foamy head.

Black Malts & Body Salts 2.0 Åström

V1.0 was a favourite within the black IPA genre years ago. And this keeps my memory alive. Roasted coffee, chocolate, subtle fruitiness with a slight salty and licorice touch. Close to a porter. Well hidden ABV with a noticeable bitterness in the finish.

Echte Liebe Åström

Sauna beer. Lager-ish with floral and quite spice/peppery and grassy finish. Reminding me of Norrlands guld.

Light, fruity with peachy, citrusy hints and piney bitter finish. Sweet and well carbonated.

Bit meh and pretty bitter. Sweet, mellow and soft mouthfeel. Tropical and citrusy hints with a slight grassy touch.

3y since last time. And still grrreat. Still well carbonated. Funky with a fruity and berry taste of raspberries. Tasty and sour. Balanced well and still noticable sharpness. Could definitely age a couple more years without a problem.

Metamorfose Åström

I dig it. Tropical juicy with a subtle hint of grass, sweet and smooth. Mellow. Balanced well. Low bitterness with a subtle dry finish. Easy drinking and enjoyable.

Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 108 Mono Blend Åström

Balanced but a bit anonymous. Apricot fruity with hints of apple and wood, sweet, subtle funkiness and tartness. No sourness at all. Works fine with a piece of food but not really rememberable.
