Sjukt trevligt med ren wild öl. Ingen extrem syra utan bara mycket jäst och blommiga honung maltiga toner. Riktigt bra

Brett and citrus aroma. Lemony flavor up front. Background is grainy with a nice funk. Aftertaste is almost goaty with a good funk.

Very good and easy to drink beer! It has a very mild sourness for a wild ale and it manages to add a bit of hoppy bitterness to the flavor spectrum. Overall, it’s a fresh and mild beer which will be enjoyable for both sour and bitter beer lovers.

Often when I drink these wild ales I feel like I’m drinking part of someone’s farm. This ale has that out-of-farm experience in spades. To be honest, I’m not sure how much I like it, but I certainly find it very interesting.
