Very strong barrel. 3 years in the bottle doesn't seem to have tempered it. Sweet and strong

Licorice and woody anise. Winey thick molasses. Not sweet and vegetal. Earthy. Not boozy for 15% but it translates more to the winey port like essence.

Big, but worth it. Raisin, date, fig, plum, leather. Need a big choco chunk cookie with this.
