Not far from the histoical rauch beer from Schlenkerla I just had. This is also malty but maybe with slightly more smoke. Very smooth package deal here.

A nice go at the classic Bamberg style rauch, that barely hits it right on. Smoked and malty with caramel and sweet bread inlays. A crispy cut towards the finish, but lacks the elegance of the best Bamberg beers.

Fössta smøgølen för kvällens ÄRA. Smakar lite rök men inte riktigt tillräckligt enligt mig. Lite för söt i övrigt med med en ganska fruktig profil. Inte en favorit bland rauch.

Återigen dags för ÄRA! Niklas har dött av matkoma men vi andra sitter vid bordet. Ölet passade perfekt till ärtsoppa och gjorde ett starkt avtryck i rökölssfären 🍻

Maltig och lätt med redig rökig karaktär där du känner tydliga toner av charkuterier och karamell.
