LC 5/26 - consumed in celebration of Chris’s birthday, this is drinking positively wonderfully right meow! Funky, mild blue cheese, barely any tartness, subtle oxidization setting in, and just a wonderfully smooth body. A real treat to celebrate with!

Preferred the last bottle of this we had, but it’s still really nice. Spicy cedar, lemon, gunpowder, Brussels basement, oak, and slightly oxidized funk.

This aged so gracefully, a hint of funky cheese, tamed acidity, Brett, still carbonated and even effervescent, slight citric and peppery notes, beautiful !

Afvinken van't emmerlijstje. Smooth, peachy, proeft de veroudering, maar stoort niet. Heerlijk bier. Beter dit wat meer maken ipv al die druivensap.
