Better than the Mouvedre in some ways, but still, not the lambic part I expected. Anyway is very vinous and lemony. Also some lactic bacteria notes. Warms with the tartness that’s strong and smashes everything in the gums. 4.40

På gränsen till en 5a. Är så stark vinkaraktär att man får leta efter ölen. Riktigt bra, hade druckits lika bra som en flaska vin.

Semplicemente perfetta. Colore rosso scuro intenso. Al naso note intense di cantina e molto leggere di legno bagnato. Alla bevuta si note un'acidità poco marcata unita a note vinose leggermente aspre.
