It’s that kind of day. Almost 11 y/o beer, still has a ton of fruit and acidity on the tongue. Nose is nice and funky, though I wish there was more funk in the flavor. Cork was moldy, but the beer seems unaffected. 375ml, 8.5*

LC Sunday - Enjoyed in commemoration of Zwanze Day 2020, which I forgot about. We made up for it by relishing this scrumptious kriek. The cinnamon that’s usually there when fresh still pops amidst tamed-down funk and barnyard. Sooo smooth, jammy, yet dry.

Fortsatt god karbonering. Lukter som gummistøvler fylt med myrvann, og som står henslengt i en fuktig kjeller. 9 år gammel, og fortsatt brukbar syrlighet, men den friske fruktigheten har tapt seg. Likevel god lambic/kriek som fortsatt holder seg godt.
