Very subtly sour, a hint of vanilla, some cherries - not much of the fram bois

Raspberry has faded away, what is curious is that develop some almond/woody character that reminds some cherry stone. Good one, I remember it on draft and I didn’t enjoyed like now. A strong tartness came and take over.

b0 of magic lambic. unpleasant sweetness. zero vanilla. blueberry slowly taking over? tastes quite old, but in a good way. almost like old lambic. great tick!

Probably the most well balanced so far. Lambic funk blending quite nicely with the raspberries. Earthy and subtle. Juicy
