2011 vintage - way past it’s prime. Caramel type oxidation, with close to no sourness and just a faint mineral ghost of the grapes that once were. Still a fun experiment to try.

I LOVE a cherry lambic, and this is the best representative of the style - fruity, sour, almondy - heaven. (PS - a hint of sage?)

Backloggin’ - Almost a perfect beer up to my taste, wonderfully blends all what’s best in lambic and fresh hops. Amazingly fresh.
