March 1st 2017. Nose isn’t the best, but flavor is great. Jammy raspberry, rhubarb, loon funk, not sharp.

Great berry flavor, not overly tart, subtle wood and earthy flavours. Dry.

Quite dry. Complex, some tannins. Medium fruit and not sweet

Smells very interesting and complex, while the taste is very, very tart and sour. Not all that fruity, but still very, very tasty. (Prefer the geuze though)

Great to share with Ellie also a fan of fruit lambics. This is raspberry and the first one I tried at the Cambridge beer festival 1999

Awesome mouth funk vibes, subtle and soft carbonation, mild sourness with deep red berry’s shining through. Mega fruity

Deep red in colour. Tastes like delicious fizzy berries.
