Cantillon😍. Heerlijk zuurtje weer in combinatie met de framboos van de mannen uit Brussel. Lupin op de achtergrond, prima donderdagavond. Snel een keer langs daar.

Très acide, mais très complexe et fruitée. Acétique/ acétoné. Une bonne bière.

Au nez, la framboise est bien présente, le côté funk lui aussi. Les arômes sont complexes, vinaigrés, un peu fromagés même, c'est super acide, la framboise adoucit le tout. Carbonatation relativement forte. Très intéressant et agréable.
