Jemand hat mich an einem regnerischen Frühlingstag in eine Rosenhecke geschubst, während Musik aus einem belgischen Film lief, der an "Garden State" erinnert. (Nicht wirklich, aber so fühlt es sich an.)

Huge fresh raspberry nose with aromas of hay, funk, red wine vinegar. The taste is tart raspberries up front. Some lemon, funk, tart cherry, a bit of wood. Effervescent, dry, thirst quenching. Truly beautiful Lambic.

Strewth, now that's a sour! Sharp, tangy (ok, sour!) raspberry flavour. It is also light & delicate (like me😳) I'm glad I've finally experienced it but probably won't rush to have it again anytime soon.

Grosse acidité et belle complexité de fruit et de barrique. Le moelleux framboise reste longtemps sur la langue. Remplacera le Prosecco ici à Venise !

【275】康迪雍 酒神玫瑰 (2022) 树莓兰比克 【罐装日期】2022年8月2日 【品饮日期】2023年2月4日 【主观感受】开瓶，莓果的香气喷涌而出！漂亮的红宝石酒液入口圆润饱满，随着温度回升，酸感愈发饱满苦度也逐渐攀升，香气逐渐转为自然发酵酒的方向，瓶底那点酒甚至闻起来像极了腐肉？很满足。
