Syrlig, jäst, torr och bärig smak med en gnutta sötma. Inslag av röda bär, körsbär och framför allt hallon.

As red as the poppy on the front. Initially very sharp and sour, slowly giving way to more complex esters and a slight fruityness. Finishing with a light, sweet flourish with very little after-taste at all.

Not going to tell you what Andy's tasting notes are, so you'll have to ask him. I disagree anyway. I'm not getting the €26 price tag. Not too sour though and it is growing on me.

Very, very tart. Raspberries are sharp and on point. Very clean. Not bad, impressively sharp, but kind of one note.

LCI … Bier past er naar mijn menig niet echt bij deze top kazen. Net tikje te zuur. Pakt heel veel smaak weg.

De gewone geuze komt gek genoeg fruitiger over. Uiteraard hier meer rode vruchten ipv gele.
