A delicacy. Definitely on the tart side, well-balanced with sweetness. Extremely hard to come by, so I'm very appreciative of being able to partake!

Nice sourness and fruitiness, hard to beat that bottle art. Enjoyed in the company of some American friends.

This takes over the spot of my favourite beer. It has the complexity of the lambic, and is nice and dry. It tastes like a sour raspberry beer but also has real raspberry notes.
