Au nez on sent le fût en bois et le côté Funky. Belle robe de couleurs Rubis, fine carbo, quasiment pas de mousse. En bouche c'est fin, légère acidité, on sent la framboise, un peu de funky et de bois. C'est léger et c'est bien réussi. Bonne lambic.

Very good sour beer. Lovely red color. Sour taste, balanced, quality taste, not so light.

2020 bottle. Fruity, tart upfront. Finishes with great herbal, earthy notes. Dry, twiggy. Slight funk and bitterness. Aftertaste is herbal, minerals.

Beautiful red color, raspberry and strawberry as main red berries in a lovely mix of ripe reds, hints of marzipan. Extremely well balanced on the palate. Sweet and sour in a lively, delicate mix 😍
