Afsluiter van deze zonovergoten dag ☀️ 1 en 2 jaar oude Cantillon lambiek met frambozen. De zuren van de Framboos geven het een frisse boost. Met 5% abv drinkt dit wel heel makkelijk weg, maar in de afdronk proef je ook de Cantillon c’est bon kwaliteit.

Wat een gaaf bier. Zuur, zoet, framboos, droog maar ook de brettanomyces proef ik wel (funky)

Not very complex, but the cherry fruit and light cherry pit character is very easy to like.
