Fresh raspberry and tart notes at the nose. Lemony sourness, fruity notes, fresh fruit, some wood. The palate is very fresh and dry, with natural raspberry, tart. Some lemony sourness. The fruit is incredibly natural, like eating fresh raspberries.

Raspberry vinaigrette, spicy and fruity nose. Musty red berry mouthfeel, like raspberries that are just about to turn bad. The sharpness is reminiscent of the small seeds gritting your teeth. Finish is a bounce between the sweet fruit and acidic lambic.

Lambic at Moeder Lambic…yes! This Cantillon is tart and sweet and I do get the rose’ profile. Subtle and pleasing, for sure. Just look at the color!

One of the few perfect beers. Sour, lip smackingly so. Refreshing. Thick and jammy sweet. Berries. I wish I could buy these by the dozen, but they’re so rare and expensive.
