Honestly, getting more Cantillon is going to reduce me to tears. I am so happy to have this. It is not necessary my style, but I can still tell this is top quality.

Sour burn. Raspberries take on a new dimension here. Not for beginners.

De gewone geuze komt gek genoeg fruitiger over. Uiteraard hier meer rode vruchten ipv gele.

200 gram framboos per 1L. Dat is ook te merken, voor de rest vind ik het nog vies zuur.

I love wine so much I feel like such my mothers daughter right now. Name a better feeling than drinking wine.

Fresh fruity crisp carbonation high long lingering sour finishing dry.

Dirty raspberry/pink grapefruit juice colour. Lemon smoky raspberry. Sharp as vinegar and full of funk. This has been resting since 2019 and has gathered up its uncompromising fruity length and tartness around it.

Super murky wild haze with the odd freckle of sedement. Dark cherry, pink grapefruit colour. Tart, sour, bold and full. Spicy red berries. Full of acidity. Refined and raw.

Thicc haze, dirty pink. Jam tart and freshly baked buttery croissant on the nose. Creamy mouthfeel. Sour, rich, long, fatty forward. Raspberry and pink grapefruit pastry after. Stunning.

Raspberry sour, little barnyard, champagne bubbles. Interesting label.

Forest fruits, vanillin and exposed oak on the nose. Ribes, lactic and sumac on the pallet. Raspberry comes through on the retronasal when palate adjusts to acidity. Somehow in equilibrium despite all sliders up full whack.
