Au nez, la framboise est bien présente, le côté funk lui aussi. Les arômes sont complexes, vinaigrés, un peu fromagés même, c'est super acide, la framboise adoucit le tout. Carbonatation relativement forte. Très intéressant et agréable.

Very mild, easygoing brew for a sunny summer day. Strong raspberry combined with toned-down funkiness should appeal to a wider audience than your average Lambic. Very pleasant indeed.

Balsamic vinegar overwhelming the fresh raspberry. More vinegar, massive raspberry with pit tannin. Finishes with mild cherry

Was saving this waiting for a big deal at work to close, finally got the order. Bottled in 2018, big raspberry on the nose, still packs a sharp tartness, excellent.

Bottled june 2019. Fantastic beer to have on a roof deck to close out a 6th anniversary evening. Sour red berries.

Tart/sour raspberry and an earthy/dirty flavor. I get that it’s tasty, but I just can’t seem to understand the hype around these lambics.
