2021. Tastes like framboise. Mild funky aroma with a lot of raspberry. Tastes like overripe raspberry. Not much else. Good beer but kind of over hyped.

Doft av röda bär och lite vanilj. Syrlig men även söt med tydlig smak av hallon och äpplekart.

Much more sour than I remember, but seemed to level off after a while of enjoying. Complex for sure. Couldn’t imagine a better Valentine’s Day Beer.

Interesting blend of raspberry and strawberry in there. Berry straightforward on the nose, and some funky notes, as it should. Fantastic beer!

I actually like this. A little salty, a little tart, but not super sour and has a lot of flavor.

Far left. Triple of Cantillon draft offerings. The raspberry is so subtle and wonderful.

Still quite sour after a year of age, but refreshing and not overdone. I love Cantillon!
