Je suis flabergastée par la joie que me donne les RdG de cette année. Soit que je fus tombée sur des bouteilles trop acide par le passé ou soit que mes papilles ont changé, mais caline que ça clanche toutes les bières aux framboises du monde.

1yo Rosé with the boys, still spiky but with a more pronounced mellow wheatiness than a fresh bottle. Gorgeous!

Oh oui. Framboises acides avec une bonne complexité. Disons le comme ça mais, ma soirée a bien terminé.

Erittäin hapan, mutta luonnollisen pehmeän hillityllä tavalla. Syvä ja kompleksi maku. Vadelma tulee esiin selkeästi ja sointuu täysin yhteen kokonaisuuden kanssa. Etiketti on tyylikäs. Tuijotan Gambrinusta silmiin ja mietin onko sillä heikkouksia. Ei ole

Criss oui man. J'aurais pas pu choisir une meilleure bière à prendre en me faisant tattouer. C'est doux, belle grosse framboise confiture, belle acidité. Cantillon man

Fantastisk doft och kraftigt blodröd färg. Tydlig hallonsmak med balanserad syra och brettade undertoner

Those Cantillon beers are something special. Sour, tart and with raspberry flavour. The only bad thing is that the bottle runs out at some point

Aroma is dominated by sour fermentation, with earthy notes and only minor fruit notes. Flavor is overall just sour aswell, a little bit of rasberry in the aftertaste thats it. Never got to check the production date, but must have been an Old bottle. 2008

Nice sweet yet tart lambic. Little sour but not much. Very drinkable. Makes me miss Belgium.

This one hit the spot. It is everything you ask for from a real lambic. Just don't pair it with spaghetti lol
