Mooi droog, framboos komt er licht maar goed door. Zuur maar niet wrang. Goed in balans. Eerste Cantillon, blij mee!

13 May 2014. Not usually my favorite ‘loon, but the age has added a sweet-wine vinegar note that is quite pleasant. Second older, side-stored Cantillon in a row that had clearly seen the other side of the cork. Both were great.

Topper van een apero! Zeer mooi, aangenaam geurtje. Lichte cassistoetsen en fruitige kersenaroma's. Prachtige, smaakvolle afdronk.

C'est superbe au niveau de l'équilibre fruit/acidité, bien sec. Grosse barre de framboises ! On en boirait des litres....
