Au nez c'est viandeux, viande fumé, cuir, terreux, épices et vinaigre de petit fruits rouge. Plus complexe que la kriek 2019, mais n'a presque plus de fruits. Très, très aigre au début, s'améliore avec l'aériation.

Les cerises ont pris leur retraite, elle a gagné en acidité, plus aigre, vinaigre de petits fruits, moins facile d'approche définitivement.

This bottle was really pristine for 16-yrs-old. Couldn’t believe how much cherries were still present. 🇧🇪 🍻

Denne har utvikla litt spesielle smag, någe Cascade bakteriskt. Surt. Gode men isje best (2016 va mycket betre). Flaska i 2005 på korken, best før 12/2015 på etiketten.
