Drinking great right now. Lots of dry funky oak with loads of tart green apples. Definitely starting to become more acidic with the age, but not yet auto heartburn inducing 😂

Bottled Nov 20 2009 … divine .. acidic but not too much. Bright and complex. Nose is crazy.
