Good example of the lambic style - but probably a little young, still (January 2023 bottling). Very tart & sour - with a sharp, slightly acidic, note at the start of the aftertaste. The aftertaste is smoother after that, with a lingering, moreish, dryness

Stadig absolut fremragende! Syrlig-frisk, tør og kompleks, med en elegant snert af sødme som afrunding. Cantillon holder bare.

Bottled Jan 2015, but I'm not really sure if counts as a vintage in Untappd even if a lot of people log them that way.
