Clear gold blond beer, thin bubbly eggshell head. Aroma: sour, farmhouse, stable, hay. Taste: sour, tart, rather smooth, dry, a bit apricot (stone fruits), low bitterness and astringency. Good carbonation.

Goed, beetje overrated. De mariage parfait van Boon vond ik vele male beter. Erg doordrinkbaar, dat is normaal een goed iets maar ik ben daar niet zo van

J 13 bierotheque La reine des gueuze se présente devant moi. Nez funky proche d un cidre. L acidité est bien contrôlé, une pointe d amertume finale. Une des rares gueuzes que j aime bien.
