Treated myself. Total classic. Big nose. Slight sweatiness, some farmyard, wet straw. Palate is quite bright, slightly vinous, white wine quality all wrapped up with Brett. Dry, sharp & complex as hell. Touch of something floral like chamomile. Fantastic

Bugger to get into without a bottle opener but well worth the fight! Highlights how poor some Gueuze’s are.

I can see why this has a 4.2 AVG from 50.1k people. A truly amazing sour, possibly best I've ever had. 🍻🏆👍
