Une des première lambic que j'apprécie. Soit mes goûts changent. Soit elle est très bonne car assez légère.

Fris zuur van geur, lekker funky. Mild zuur, tikje wrang. Fruitig, nog aardig wat body. Aan het eind begint het wat samen te trekken en komt er wat ziltigs om de hoek kijken.

2017 bottle: Spicy, barnyard, cheesy funk with a slight salinity and cantaloupe, lemon scent. A black tea like soft tannin with a mineral like quality and a white grape sourness. Very drinkable and much smoother/more balanced than I originally remember it

Looks like I've had this before. Much better than last time as well. Crisp tart but also smooth.

Quite a bit sour, funky, lemony, some whine vinegar in there. Dry, a little bit bitter. What you expect from a gueuze.

🇧🇪 Une lambic dans les plus connues ! C'est aigre et ça a le goût de tonnneau. Pas du tout amère et un peu sucré, juste un peu. L'acidité est bien gérée. 🇧🇪
