A blend of 9 different (grape) pomaces and 2-year-old lambic. Ouahouu.. Hyper doux, pas mal de goût. Bulles très légère.

Pile poil ce dont j'avais envie. Bien houblonnée et légèrement fruitée.

Bien houblonnée. Retour assez herbal. Pas tant fruitée. Il manque un petit quelque chose. Ça reste bien bon.

Hazy hazy hazy hazy!!!! Ça rappelle la Nouvelle-Zélande ! Nelson Sauvin à foison.

Une des première lambic que j'apprécie. Soit mes goûts changent. Soit elle est très bonne car assez légère.
