New 93 - order - there's a depth of flavor you don't always get in a sour and probably can't be fully appreciated with just one glass. the bitterness at the finish really pulls everything back nicely before the next sip

Ken dees wel maar soms smaken ze gewoon extra goed. Lijkt wel een Gastonnetje, zo zacht en lief als hij valt. Druivig, een boel eiken, kruidig. Liggend bewaard en was nat tussen kurk en kroon.

So good. Bottled in June, 2019, so would no doubt improve with age. Very funky and sour with incredible depth.

Mss nog wat jong maar tof om de frisse zuren in de kaakgewrichten en spieren te laten werken. Tof. Ik had hem scherper zuur verwacht, maar was niet het geval. Mooi!
