MCI from Saturday afternoon. January 2017 Bottle. Much preferred to the other 17 classic we popped.

Bottled 15 dec 2016. Damn fine beer. Deep, complex acididi and funk yet super balanced and drinkable. Perfectly carbonaded.

Balanced and subtle gueuze. Briny flavours of apple, pear. Dry and effervescent.

Yeasty on nose. Sour, even a little acidic, with strong yeasty aftertaste. Rather dry

Complex. Lots of flavours. So much to process and so good

Possibly the only thing that can suppress the blow of no takeover. Just as good as I remember, that lovely tarty funkiness that you cant get enough of

Light tanginess of fruit, with a hint of wood, and light acetic sharpness. Features a foamy thick, bubbly body. Finishes dry. Brilliant.

Høy, eddik, grønne epler, svak sitron, litt valnøtt. Syrligheten heller mer mot eddik enn sitron. Veldig tørr
