Bottled 15 dec 2016. Damn fine beer. Deep, complex acididi and funk yet super balanced and drinkable. Perfectly carbonaded.

Balanced and subtle gueuze. Briny flavours of apple, pear. Dry and effervescent.

Light tanginess of fruit, with a hint of wood, and light acetic sharpness. Features a foamy thick, bubbly body. Finishes dry. Brilliant.

Høy, eddik, grønne epler, svak sitron, litt valnøtt. Syrligheten heller mer mot eddik enn sitron. Veldig tørr
