Хоть я люблю в гезах кислятину и экстрим, но это прочтение стиля тоже прекрасно. Мягко, нежно, сбалансированно, со сложным букетом. Ух, хорош, такое пил бы литрами, если б зп подняли раз в 5)))

(2018) The nose is so explosive. Filled with funkyness, subtle sweet roasted almonds and overripe sour grapes. Sour fresh gooseberries, tartness of lime peel, a bit of underlying acorn sirup sweetness and oak complexity creates a great balance.

Well worth lugging this half way around the world. Delightfully tart, citrusy and piney with funk and a nicely bitterness to finish off.

Another beer to spoil myself. My favourite of the three. Nice farmhouse funk in here with some lovely straw or hay notes too. Not too overbearing, delicate finish

Demeure ma préférée à l’aveugle en comparaison à 3F et Tilquin. Pommes vertes, vieux foin, un peu plus ronde que ses consœurs. Vraiment bon.

Une excellent gueuze qui sort un côté pomme verte et fruité sec avec une profondeur fromage. Pas déçu du tout!

Classic in it's style, although i am getting a noticable balsamic vinegar taste. Good funk, good acid & good times.
