Bot. 16/10/2017, aged in cellar since. Smoothed by age, but moderately. Still tart, with some apple cider hints behind. Carbonation held nicely, wonderful body. Could have aged more I guess ;)

25 days since I last had a beer 😯. Been holding off until I finished work for the year. Starting with something special....a cracking gueuze from Cantillon. Sour green apple and complex yeasty flavours. Delicious and refreshing
