Klasse Aroma. Knackig trocken. Fruchtig erfrischend und elegant. Am Ende entfaltet sich der Hopfen. Erstaunlich was Bier alles kann. Allen Bierfreunden wünsche ich ein genussvolles 2021.

Sour, slightly woody and funky aroma with hints of apricot and honey. Subtle biscuity malt flavour, citrus, wood and wine vinegar. Notes of pear and apricot with a touch of leather. Sour, complex and dry. Thumbs up!

This is sharper and more complex than the Lindemans. Quite dry and tart. This one could benefit from being aged, which I shall likely do with the other I have. Nonetheless, this is fantastic!

A delicious and crisp gueuze. Lacks some of the complexities of other gueuzes I’ve had but still very enjoyable.
