Posiblemente el tipo de cerveza que menos me gusta pero hay que educar el paladar. Si me la sirviesen a ciegas pensaría que estoy bebiendo una sidra.

this is from draft, which really changes everything. a very different beer than the gueuze from a bottle. this is mixing complexity and is honestly barely sour? also has a bitter end note which also takes away from it. stick to the bottle version
