Une bonne attaque acide, des fruits style pomme, raisin, légèrement faits puis l'attaque typique ferme, funky, de la levure sauvage qui reste bien sur la langue et une légère touche de houblons qui vient refermer la gorgée et appelle la suivante. Bon taf
