Bit of dry wood/cork aftertaste. Must have not aged well in fridge, don't know why as temperature as been regular and it has been just 1 year. Still a good beer, just not as good as previous experiences. Sadly.

Over the space of a year, this had surprisingly gone completely flat. Surprised that this occurred so quickly. Flavour is fabulous as always.

24/2-20 - slightly funky, light and vibrant, lots of lemon and lactic notes, juicy and starting to get depth, lovely.

2 July 2020 - Always great, but the 27 August 2020 bottle I had recently was better. There was more sourness & funk in the August bottle and the July bottle has a very mild and almost cidery sweetness. 4.7 for the August bottle vs 4.3 for the July bottle.
