March 2017. Vanilla oak, sweet, light lemon, pepper, and a touch of loon bugs. Prob needs 3-5 more years or maybe it’s just a global warming batch which falls into this gap

Naso caratterizzato da asprezza elegante e persistente con un florilegio di off flavours che si alternano in un caleidoscopio olfattivo. Una gueuze un po' rude ma verace, che regala anche un finale un po' amarognolo. Da intenditori.
