När det gäller gueuze så är jag inne lite i en period där jag gärna testar flera olika i genren. Har man 3 fonteinen som referens får konkurrenterna det tufft men den här står sig fint.

Really missed sitting in a genuine local pub like this one. A living proof that you need to look beyond 'verified' venues when visiting new places. Oh, and the lambic is fantastic.

Another locked down birthday. Nothing else for it but to dig deep into the cellar. Bottled 2014 still tasting incredible.
