Incredibly well balanced, its got a good level of acidity, quite tannic, balanced out by a tart dry lemon like fruitiness, has a good earthy flavour with a dry bitter finish, incredible drop

(2020 vintage) The acetic fruity tartness (stone fruit, white grape, etc.), the cheesey funk, mild herbal hints, etc. - it's all here. It's so excellent, every time.
