Goudgeel, quasi helder, licht zuur, niet fruitig, niet bitter noch IPA, zachte geuze, eenvoudig en fris, lichte prik, aardig...wel geen topper

Oct 2021 bottle, not as good as previous bottles from Monk's. Slight skunk taste up front.

Light sour, super clean, mild tartness, apple cider notes, goes down easily. Is it great? Not to me.

Solid but without any distinguishing characteristics. A bit of the yeast presents itself but a mellow beer overall
