Lots of funk, lots of cinnamon hearts. Just how I like it!

22-Feb-'16, 37cl. Ripe cherry on the nose with very subtle funk and some almond. In the mouth, everything seemed vapid. Fruit was faded, no noyaux, watery mouth feel and finished quick. Weird dark brown cork, too.

Aged in an unexpected way...good funk but no visible cherry any longer.

Cherry has mellowed a bit but the sour funky flavors are super balanced. Delicious!!!
