Since packaged with cork, I couldn’t consume during my business trip. Cherry flavored, wine like tasting, sour beer.

That’s a PROPER lambic. Smells like a hedgerow, tastes as earthy as it does fruity. Wild cherries, sour as a sour thing, dry too, with great depth from the native yeast and spontaneous fermentation. Real farmhouse complexity. It’s a beautiful thing.
