Near perfect. Stunning bottle from the golden era (1995-2005) of Cantillon, in my opinion. It has maintained a ton of bright stone fruit and citrus quality...so much so that I would blame you for thinking this was a bottle of Fou Foune.

Tastes like the best bottle of fou foune I’ve ever had. So much apricot, peach, salty Earth, rhubarb, nectarine, and wet wood. No musty basement, or dustiness. Insanely juicy, and bright. Perfectly cellared treat, thanks Ryan. 4.85 rounded up
