Had this at festivals but never scored a bottle before. It’s kind of perfect. Soft apricot flesh in perfect balance with funk and sour notes. Not too sour as lambics go

Heerlijk! Lang naar gezocht, eindelijk in mn bezit. Zoet/zuur heerlijk uitgebalanceerd. Een heerlijke neus, zeer fruitig, abrikozen all over. Opnieuw een fantastisch bier van Cantillon
