Cracked on Xmas Eve with the family. Lots of carbonation kinda like champagne. Very nice aroma. Taste is on point with apricots and funkiness. Mouth is very nice. Happy to try this and will seek out again.

Finally ticking this beer and it doesn’t disappoint. Excellent tart apricot profile. My favorite Cantillon beer thus far.

Bottle from i2013 and the taste and smell are excellent. Very original and fills the entire room. Could not identify the apricot ttaste really a pitty that It is my last bottle.

Nicely balanced. Slightly oaky s as director me tarts with lots of apricots. Very complex. One of my all-time favorite lambics. Thanks Erik R!
