향은 강한 자두에 약한 브렛 별로라는 평에 비해 나는 꽤 쥬시한거 같은데? 미네랄같은 물맛도 느껴지고 개인적으로 펑키함이 덜해서 아쉽다 그돈씨긴해~

3000 dégustation sur une fou'foune c'est pas beau ça ? Maitrise parfaite de Cantillon comme toujours ! L'abricot est très discret, mais que c'est bon et acidulée ! Un régal, partagé en bonne compagnie !

Fruity, tart, oaky. Absolutely complex, which I'm coming to find is the least you expect from lambic.

What a beauty. Been sitting on this for a while and it delivered. Manageable tart acidity and a prominent oaky body. So enjoyable.
