Perhaps a step back in terms of my Lambic experience. Don’t hate it…just didn’t expect the strange bitter, breast finish. Good session going on here though.

First Lambic/Lembeek beer I have ever tried. Quite nice. Just like any sour beer really. I'm sure there are nicer Lembeeks though

Tastes very young. Sharpness initially, little bit oaky, but under-developed.

For some reason I poured the whole lot out even though I know full well it has dregs in the bottle. Still tastes lovely though!

This was pretty flat on draft. Still got all the lemon and apple goodness. Not sure on the glassware (LCI)

I hated it on the first round. But eventually, i love it. Acquired taste, passage to initiation for craft beer lovers.
