Unreal. So refreshing. One of the best beers I’ve had in my life. Hints of floral notes and somewhat tart but still crushable. Excellent.

After all these years, I didn’t even know I still had an untapped. Thanks for not deleting it fam! And this is easy one of the best lambics in the world. Had it with Tom, the legendary MF who once said a beer tasted like water with a hint of wood! 🤣🤣👌

Perfectly balanced lambic w/ beautiful bouquet of authentic apricot aromas and flavors. Perfect acidity. Light carbonation. Subtle mineral. Mellow funk. Soft oak subtle jammy faint whitepepper very faint lemonrind. More smooth tartness as I sip.
