Unique beer number 10,000. Why not a Cantillon? This has held up very well. No oxidation. Cherry leads the way in both aroma and taste, as it should. Nose has a great cinnamon spice, also present in the flavor. Very dry, medium acidicy, balanced. Great.

March 28 2012 375ml, great bottle! Musty funk heavy nose w slight cherry almond background. Amazing flavor with the usual cherry, almond, slight vanilla, quite sour, but this light cinniman touch that caps it off, fantastic. Gentle carb, thick mouth, yes!

Une puissance d'aigreur et d'acidité. Au nez c'est déjà fort et en bouche, la cerise n'est pas prédominante, le breuvage vient chatouiller largement l'ensemble du palais. C'est long, fruité, cuiré, poussiéreux, retour aigre. Profondément puissant.
